Default Rear coil spring replacement suggestions?

My wife and I both have '05 CRV's, but the other day I noticed my back end sagging significantly lower than my wifes car as well as some pretty serious negative camber of the rear wheels.

I did my research and found that the general consensus of the online community attributes this to sagging, or worn-out rear coil springs. I'm a DIYer with no experience in suspension work, so my questions are as follows:

1. When looking for rear coil springs online, they often come in a kit which includes struts. Are the struts necessary to replace as well?
2. Do y'all have any recommendations on which springs to buy (links?)?
3. Do you know of any good resources that adequately describe how to change the rear coil springs on a CRV (step-by-step pics or video).
4. After replacing the rear coil springs, is it worth it to take the car into the shop to get the wheels re-aligned?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to fix this problem without breaking the bank. I'm a pretty handy guy, I just don't know much about suspension. Thanks again!

you can buy the stock springs alone here or struts or the entire kit. https://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/
