Hi,

I have honda civic 1.8 2017 sedan executive (attached)
When I turn off the car and opens the door, I hear a sound and a sign
appears on the small screen (attached)
sometimes I can lock the car and sometimes I can't.

Any idea?

Welcome in,I would take the car back to the dealer and ask your salesman to explain what is happening,it's their job to help you with things of this sort.
