Unhappy Strange problem,,,,,

Hi I own a 91 honda accord lx 2 door and I have a strange problem,,when my car goes down the road at about 60 mph the wheel starts to shake back and forth and then it fades out and then it does it again,,it has me stumped also it seems to make a strange hubbing noise at around 15 mph and when you brake to a stop,,any ideas? I have brand new upper ball joints ,,new brake pads,,just got a alignment and the tires were just balanced ,,I also have a brand new wheel bearing on the passenger side,,which BTW is also where this noise and I believe vibration is originating from,,anyone have a idea of why this is happening,,if it is a new cv shaft ,,the one on the passenger side is covered,,any thoughts would be helpful thanks.

welcome to the forum. Try rotating your tires front to back or cris cross and try again. if you did not rotate tires each 5k miles, and have more than 10k the tires have worn a bit odd and even with a balance and alignment, you will get tire noise. check the ware on the tire for odd ware.
