I just recently did a replacement motor swap on my 95 Accord.(F22B1) My tachometer and speedometer both started acting strange, then eventually stopped working altogether. My water temp guage and fuel guage both still work fine. Also, they started bouncing when I turned on a blinker. The tach would go down to 0 rpm and the speedo would drop to 0 mph, then bounce to 1000 rpm and 10 mph when the blinker blinked on. You know, the sound "tick tock, tick tock" the blinker makes? Well, the needles went "up down, up down". Can someone help me out?

 

Same thing happened yesterday doing 75mph on the tollway. Did you find out if this was wiring behind the dash or something else? I heard a click from under my dash right before my gauges dropped. I've noticed my ABS light flickers right before it happens.
