Default Wanting to do CRVTEC

Okay guys, I guess you can call me sort of a newbie. I know certain things about cars/ Honda's but i dont really know enough to start a project or start making big decisions on my own. Now heres what i got, I have a 94 civic ex coupe, it has a b20 motor and head with a LS tranny and LS Ecu. AEM fuel rail, ACT 4 puck Clutch, and 4 to 1 headers. Thats all i know off the top of my head because i bought the car the way it is.

Now my project, I would like to CRVTEC my civic, So what i need to know is the steps i would need to take to get that done. Where can i find a Vtec head? what head would be best to put on a B20? What else would i need to do in regards to lines and hoses or anything like that ? Would i have to do anything to my current b20 ? Because i know the B20 has like 84 mm bore, and B16/B18 heads are made to fit 81... Im not sure if thats correct. If anyone could hook me up with basically like a play by play on what i need to do, it would be greatly appreciated.
