won't start
I have a 2004 honda civic lx. She wouldn't start,no electricity or anything. We had the battery tested and it was dead so we replaced it. Still nothing.Replacedthe80 amp ignition fuse because it was burnt out, Now we have electricity to the dash but no start, no click even. Pulled the started out and had it tested, it tests fine. Replaced the neutral safety switch and still nothing. Please help.

That 80 amp fuse rarely blows unless someone hooks up the battery backwards or shorts out the starter circuit.
There actually two big fuses. One for the dash lights and the other for the starter/ignition.
Check the rest of the fuses. If it was fine before parking then developed this no start
Then would suspect rodents chewing on the wires?? Do a visual inspection of wire looms.
Next, clean the battery posts and cable terminals with wire brush.
This to to get rid of corrosion and allow current to flow.
Then follow the negative cable to the chassis ground
Clean that bolt also. Make sure good contact.
Check the engine ground strap.
Bad engine ground can cause a no crank, no start.
Check starter cut relay (under dash fuse box)
