won't start

Default won't start
my 94 civic hatch will turn over but will not start.im getting spark and fuel.the fuel pump kicks on i hear it when i attempt to start it.it starts one out of 100 crankes.im so stumped,is it a relay?

car ran great for a long time then it just did this

welcome to the forum. Timing belt if you have over 60k miles.
