Default '02 accord headlight adjustment prob

Hello all,

I've tried to adjust the lights on an '02 accord coupe but they will not stay aimed straight. Both of the beams work their way back down to where you have to use high beams just to see. I havent had much time to look closer at the problem. Is there an easy fix to this or will the whole assembly need to be replaced? They will rise when you turn the bolt/adjustment screw but go back down with driving.

Once you have the lights adjusted to the position you want them I would try using a little lock-tite on the threads to hold them in place. Like you get into position back it out a little put some lock-tite on the area that threads into the adjustment hole and put it right back into position. I hope this helps.

Ok thanks. You're the second person to suggest lock tite. I'm not sure the bolt is spinning but something is stripped i think. Anything to lock it into place.
