Default '04 Accord front engine mount

Seems like the front engine mount is not rigid enough esp w/ placing in gear and/or the a/c on. Little vacuum computer hose on the bottom seems ok. Is this a common problem and how do others fix--Thx

Is there much loss in power spinning the a/c pulley w/o the a/c on, so, is it worth removing the a/c compressor? thx

So long as the bearing in the compressor is good and the clutch is working correctly you will not gain one iota in power or MPG.
