Both hibeam headlights stopped working. I checked the fuses and they are ok. I think it is the relay switch but I can't seem to gain access to it. Can i change the relay switch by itself or does the whole fuse/control box have to be changed?

 

under the hood is a fuse/relay box. should be able to change relay only. (guessing, have not seen or change one myself)
