Hi, newbie used-Accord owner here...I just picked up a fine 2001 EX, fully loaded. But it has 169000 miles on it. I don't have any maintenance records (the original selling dealer is really close by),,,,but I the owners manual doesn't go past 120000 miles for service intervals.

Can someone help me out ?? I want to keep this bad boy running for ever (or at least till my son can drive it)...so I'm looking to do whatever maintenance is needed - but I need a service interval or a calculation based on whats in the operators manual....thx.

 

if you go to Honda.com, there is a section in there that will have you sign up for keeping records on your accord. Then there is a place with all the maintenance/schedule. it also goes up to 120k but all you do is add in the 10k,20k all over again. With the car being taking care of, you should get about 350k with not much problems.

 

How much did you give for the 01?
