Default 2004 Honda accord

When I changed the oil I put a funnel inside one of the holes where you pour it at but the dipstick shows empty

Did you put the drain plug back in? Did your oil go into that opening in the valve cover?

"one of the holes"? I didn't realize that there was more than one "hole" to pour oil into? how much oil did you pour?

That's a baffle. If the oil went into the valve cover and not make it to the pan means the oil drains in the head are plugged.
Was this engine abused?
