Default 2005 V6 3.0 6sp Accord Coup Interference Eng or not? Timing Belt when?

Hi there I am a new owner of a 2005 Accord Coupe 3.0 with 6sp Manual. The car is 12 years old but only has 67k.. SO I have read lots of comments stating the 3.0 IS an "Interference" engine.. but I have not actually seen anything from manufacture? Then I see a couple web sites that specifically state 3.0 is NOT Interference?
https://naijadriva.wordpress.com/201...rence-engines/
And also this site
http://yourcarangel.com/2014/07/inte...complete-list/

The "Gates" link that people reference often, does NOT actually state whether it is an Interference engine? but rather it just gives a mileage recommendation? (Or am I missing something on Gates link?) And besides do I really want to only take recommendation from a site that actually is selling timing belts?

I really have not seen anything Definitive, such as a Honda link or info directly from Honda literature? does anyone have a link from Honda stating "Interference engine" on a 2005 3.0 ?
I have one friend who is a local mechanic of 25+ years.. he has told me he has never had or heard heard of a timing belt split from age.. but from miles.. (I suppose there are different opinions/experience on this, so I figured I would ask here, has anyone had a timing belt with low miles break? Was it from aggressive or extreme weather driving? Or anyone have a water pump fail with low miles?

It is true MOST people use the mileage for their maintenance.. but there are definitely some out there that SWEAR by the age recommendation? I am 2nd owner so really have no ides how the previous owner drove his vehicle, I know he is 70 years old, From B.C. and he told me he kept it garaged in the winter & he did not seem the type to be an aggressive driver.
Thanks in advance for anyone if you can paste a definitive link? From Honda? (Not just a link from someone on a page who states it is on a forum)

Thanks!

Default Yes interference.

All Honda are interference style engines. You NEED to replace your timing belt when specified by Honda or it WILL DESTROY the engine. I think yours is at 105k. A quick Google will tell you for sure. All v6s have the belt. The 4s have a chain.
edit - the 4s from 2003 on.
