Default 2011 ex-l or 2012 ex

Hi. I'm in the process of buying a used Accord from a Honda dealer and I can't decide between a 2011 EX-L with navigation and 15000 miles on it or a 2012 EX equipped with new 19" HFP wheels, new leather seats, new spoiler, new fog lights and just 3500 miles. Both are black in and out and 4 cyl. The price of the 2011 is $1000 less than the other car, and although it's in great condition, obviously the 2012 is better (just like new). My indecision is based upon how much value will they retain over the years. Does the 2011 EX-L will retain more value being a more expensive and equipped model or will the 2012 because is less old? and, Will the 2011 be more attractive and easier to sell down the road? I really don't care much about the navigation and the few features over the newer EX model, and I like the fact that the 2012 will have one more year of warranty, but I'm planning of keeping the car 2 to 3 years then upgrade to a newer model. What do you think. Any suggestion will be apreciated.

Default 2012 but make sure you take at least 2 hour driv e

I am returning a 2010 Coupe tomorrow. I picked it up last night. I have been in pain since. They are the worst seats you could imagine. The 2012 supposedly changed..... beware.
