2013 Accord EXL

This car has 69,000 miles and the alternator is out. 985.00 to replace. Anyone else experience this

Is the alternator made with gold???
The 2013 Accord seems to have the alternator on top??

What is the break down on the bill?
How much for the alternator and how much is labor??

welcome to the forum. have not experienced this, but at a repair shop, parts are 640-888.00 labor 117-149.00 cheaperhondaparts.com has the mitsu alternator for 413.00.
