Hello, just purchased a week ago (rattling noise wasn't there when i test drove it). It appears to rattle more often when it's in the morning and it's driving me nuts. Was just looking to see if anyone had any insight on the problem, thanks!

I've cleared out everything in my car so it's not sunglasses, coins, etc that may be rattling elsewhere.

 

welcome to the forum. If your car is under warranty, take it to the dealer to get it fixed. Sounds like something may have fallen into the duct or blown up thru the fan into the duct and rattling. Or a wire could be hanging over the duct and bouncing of the duct.

 

If the dealer is not an option,try having someone else drive the car and listen to where the noise is coming from yourself,you may have to get your head under the dash a bit but I have located noises before like this and most of the time you can correct the problem your self.good luck,let us know what the problem was so we can help others who run across this.
