Yes I’m aware , I’m looking for someone who works on these everyday to help me I’ve done allot of mechanical stuff myself engine swaps etc but the logical reason it doesn’t work doesn’t make sense I’ve tested everything only thing I haven’t done is disable the fuse box up front and test the wire coming out the 40 amp fuse

I've fixed many blowers but my approach is with testing. I need an electrical diagram. You may need to load test the power circuit. What all is powered by that 40 amp fuse? Do you have a diagram?

Look for blower motor relay in engine bay fuse box. Apparently ground is provided thru power transistor which determines the speed of the blower fan motor.
Do you know how to test a relay/socket?? Check fuses.

there is only one 40 amp fuse that indicates blower motor and it was first thing I checked and it’s good

So does the HVAC control unit turn on the power transistor to turn on the fan?
Does the blower motor relay turn on which gives the blower motor the power to run?
Did you check the blower motor relay?
Is there power at the fuse when the blower fan is turned on?

The relay is near the 40 amp fuse.
Go to 1 minute 30 seconds of this video and you'll find your relay that's not there.

I'm going out on a short limb and say this relay did the trick.
