I am looking at a 95 Accord with 69k miles. It appears to be in great shape especially for a Michigan car. Minor rust on the rear side of the rear wheel well area.

Only problem is ABS light is on. Per owner, this started when the right front wheel well splash guard came loose (may have scraped on to something) and got pulled off. Could it be that the ABS speed sensor/wire may have been knocked off its place? I did not look closely. I tried testing the ABS on a dirt road but could not tell if it was working.

Any thoughts on this? Also, what would you pay for this car?

Not sure on ABS system, good to check to see if something got knocked off to not be working. And Welcome to the forum.
