Default 95 accord overheating

I have searched the overheating parts of this board and didn't find any help.
We have changed thermo ( not oem ) ,, fan relay , fan thermo ,radiator and cap ,, stopped all leaking hoses , fans both run ,checked all the fuse I can find , but not sure the fans run when they should .

I have had it checked for blown head gasket and they say it is o.k.

around town it seems fine but in a toll road drive of 100 miles plus I get enough pressure in the system to blow anti over into the overflow bottle and then it over flows loosing about 1 pint of fluid .
If I wire the fans on solid it seems to be o.k. ,, what am I missing ?

Welcome to the forum,You have done everything I would have suggested, did you have the Rad cleaned? Make sure the thermostat was put in correctly,I have heard of people putting them in backwards.Good luck,Bobby

Default Overheating!

Have a smog shop check for hydrocarbons in the cooling system. easy procedure and can give you information you may need. It could still be the head gasket. (slight damage) thats why its so hard to identify.

Thanks for the replies guys .

Since the last post I found the radiator to be missing a lot of fins ..once I got it out where I could see it good ... this I replaced and the over heating problem has stopped ... but the bubbling over into the over flow tank was still going on .
I did find an extention long enough to get my plugs out finally and found after the car sets for a couple days that number 3 and 4 cylinder have a small layer of green anti on them and can be felt shooting out of the plug holes if you turn the motor over .... so the car dealers test for the leaky head gasket doesn't work if the head gasket leak is like Alex says ... "a slight damage ".
$500.00 lighter and the honda lives again .
