Looking for some advice since I’m new to Honda’s, I think the input shaft bearing is shot (loud grinding when clutch pedal is not to the floor silenced when clutch is pushed in) and the transmission will not go into 4th gear and pops out of 3rd and 5th when pushing on accelerator pedal, again I’m completely new to Honda coming from a Ford Focus, and need suggestions, if I need to replace the trans or rebuild it.

welcome to the forum. it may be cheaper to replace the clutch kit and good used transmission than to overhaul (only factory overhaul is good but expensive) salvage yard, ebay, japan engine and trans shops for good used,
