I am buying within the next year and have narrowed the choices to the Avalon Premium and Accord Touring. Spent a lot of times at Toyota Forums and they seem to be having a lot of issues with the Avalons. So I am starting to lean toward another Accord, current one is 19 years old. So anyone that has a new Accord or Accord Touring please posts and pleaseures or displeasure you have with this car.

Some Questions:

1. The monster looking dash board do any of you find that annoying or cumbersome?

2. Is the tech pretty easy to work for a non tech based mind. ( AKA Mine)

3. 1 to 10, 10 being best how quiet is the car.

4. 1 to 10 how smooth does it ride.

5. Are seats comfy on long hauls?

6. Do you find the Blind Spot System to helpful.

7. Which mode do you drive it in and why?

8. Any mechanical or non mechanical flaws to date?

welcome to the forum. Sorry not all of us can afford a new honda. the latest so far is a 2011 CR-Z. My son's father inlaw has a new 13 accord and he likes it. no complaints for the last 3 months.

 

LOL Thanks. I noted the headrests seem to be positioned in a odd forward looking slant, I wonder how that feels on a long drive. It's almost as if it pushes your head toward a downward angle. I was hoping someone may have a comment on that as well.
