When i checked tha air filter it was dirty but i cleaned it out two weeks ago, but it breaks 100 easy but it takes around a minute to get to 110 and at 110 it stops

it could just be motor wear or the heat outside.. it is summer and i know its super hot... try topping it out with no hood.. just be careful

well yesterday i tried it again and i noticed something, i completely stopped and took off in first gear since its automatic there is 1st, 2nd, D3, and D4 so i drove it like a stick 1st and 2nd went good and when i got to D3 and at 6000 RPMs the needle sort of dropped back to 5700 like it lost power and then went up to 6800 slowly.

well im guessing u have an ls lol. the bad thing about an auto ls is the accel. of the car. my friend has the same exact prob with his car! if ur lookin at doing a 5 speed conv. and a motor swap and or both u can get ls trannys cheap. and if u want more power u could do a ls vtec. since u already have the motor ud just need the head ,ls vtec conversion, ecu, and wire up the v tec. ect. and it'd be like buying a gsr. in my opinion ls vtec has more potential

eh depends on how cheap u can find the head. the ls vtec conversion kit is around 200 depending on where u get it
