I have a Honda Accord 1997 , Check engine light is on and code is P0411, can this be fixed, my mechanic changed the gas cap it did not help , and is there a recall on this?

I just got my ignition coil changed this does not have anything to do with it, does it?

 

p0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow. check for the following, dirty, poor or loose connections at the air control valve, vaccum control solenoid, and ECM. Might want to get yourself a helms service manual to assist. If you need to look up the parts, go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and place the info in to find the diagram to your car parts. don't change anything until you do the troubleshooting.
