cold air intake
#11
AEM and APEXi both make the long ram intakes your are looking for that go from the intake to the grill. i had one in my 91 hatch and its not worth it. i forgot my filter was behind my grill and slammed a puddle on the side of the road. needless to say sometimes its not so good.

Just look up cold air intakes,on ebay, the one I got is quality made with a good filter,no brand but hell the one I got for my vette cost me $450.00 from Ecklers and has no brand name.Have a good weekend guys.

I too have a Vette (07), vert. I am looking to do some add on mods to the Accord, but don't find much. Looking at a CAI, but as someone noted the position is not good in the rain/wet. So will nix that. How about some low restriction mufflers, high flow cat(s), and what of a 'tune'. Anything out there for the MT6, V6?

The CAI on the 4cyl comes out near the battery ,easy install and makes Difference on pick up,this is my wifes daily driver so any other mods will up to her,she didn't carefor the Idea of the CAI,but after I installed it she likes the noise.Maybe a performance chip and exhaust are next.

I know what you mean about not seeing anything for the V6 Accords. I have the AEM V2 CAI for my 04 Accord coupe V6-6. It is quite a bit more than most others, especially ebay brand intakes but I like to think it worth it with the dual resonating chambers to help charge the entire RPM range. It runs and sounds great. It takes my friends 05 beamer 3 series with a struggle.
