Default Constant rotor warping

I have a 2007 Accord coupe and I had the brakes and rotors replaced 4 months ago. It has begun shaking again so I took it to my mechanic and I now need all new brakes and rotors. What can I do to prevent this? It’s getting very expensive.

welcome to the forum. i had the same problem with my 02 civic driving up and down the Cahon Pass in Ca. i changed from stock to Brebow rotors. hole, and slots. using thermal quiet brake pad. or any good ceramic type pads. When at a stop and brakes are hot, put in nutural and have hand brake on light only enough to not roll. if at a drive through neutral and hand brake light only to not roll. 4 months on a brake and rotor change is performance driving. start to slow down foot off the gas pedal when you see a red light. avoid hard gas, then hard stop with stop and go traffic, try to idle cruise light on the brake in stop and go. OR go to performance calipers and brake pads used for racing. $$$$ big bucks but will last longer.
