My husband just bought me a used 94 Honda Accord LX with only 24,000 miles on it for a little over $4,000. I was curious if anyone could do a carfax check for me? My VIN is 1HGCD5631RA125436. I just want to know if I got a lemon or not. The guy we bought it from said that his mother bought it (original owner) and she got sick and it sat in her garage. The car seems to be in great shape...I would just like to know if the guy was being honest with us. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Couldn't be much wrong with only 24k on it,mabe check the belts and hoses.Sounds like a pretty good deal,althought I would have held out for $3500. These Hondas run for ever,good investment.

 

wow. that's really low miles.

if it's been siting for a while you might want to change all of it's fluids and flush the coolant and brake fluids. just give the car the standard look through with a flashlight and rags around all the nooks and crannys. remember to use only honda fluids for the power steering and transmission fluids.

my 93 accord has 230k miles on it. prob need to rebuild my engine in 2-4 years from now.
