1994 ACCORD. Turned on the KEY the other day and NOTHING no BUZZZ from pump and CEL would not go out while starting. CEL cycles on and off while you start I guess as soon as pressure builds up it goes out? How do you replace a pump? Do you have to drop the tank? Is there a search I can do????

 

It could be a dead fuel pump or maybe even an ignition or engine problem. Try checking the timing belt to see if it's broken.

 

Re Soldered the Fuel Pump Relay and go to go. No Belt, No engine and No pump trouble.

It was Intermitent thought about the pump good thing i did a little reading first, Thank God for the internet. Try the easy cheap stuff first. Or you can try the hard expensive things and find out you screwed up.
