Default Hard shifting after dead battery

My 2014 Accord V6 was not driven for 6 months. Of course the battery went totally dead. Got a jump and it started right up. I drove it for the next 1 1/2 hours. Shifting in drive was very hard almost violent. I'm assuming the transmission computer is relearning my driving habits. Any ideas??

Normal smooth shifting after shutting car off and starting again. Must have been the completely dead battery.

The car sometimes needs to re-learn the shift points after a dead battery.
Many times, newer cars require a memory saver used to keep all the information in the computer and radio/navigation.
