I have a 97 Accord LX. The fans work perfectly when the a/c is on, but with the a/c off, the cooling fan will only work when the engine has been turned off after running awhile. I replaced the thermostat and the switch on the thermostat housing, and no change. Also, I have little if any heat. I appreciate any insights.
