Installed a new throttle body purchased from my local Honda dealership. FYI they price match the online Honda store.

So far some improvement. Perhaps placebo lol, or more than one component is causing the issue. Shuddering seems less intense. l’ll send updates as I drive more and try to replicate the intense shuddering/shaking from when I was passing a vehicle uphill. It seems to get worse under more load. Thanks again for the input and guidance.

Shuddering uphill was also intermittent. Okay, I'll check if my local auto store lends out a fuel pressure test kit.

Ask for the long hose so you can observe while driving. We tape the gauge on the windshield.

I did more road testing yesterday have a correction. The shuddering frequency matches the tire rotation, not the engine RPM. It is as if the two front tires are out of balance. The shuddering continues to be intermittent. Does this change indicate a transmission issue? Perhaps the clutch is going out? I am planning to take it to the mechanic in a couple of weeks. I don’t know if I’ll be able to safely perform the gas pressure test while driving.
