I have a 1981 Honda Accord. I am looking for a quality stainless steel exhaust, or someone who can fabricate one.

 

welcome to the forum. most muffler shops can fabricate to fit stainless steel exhaust. i had a 1990 accord with exhaust system rusting out, so i took a exhaust muffler i obtained and had the shop install a 2" pipe after the cat to the back of the car, sound was nice low and mellow. not like a 2 cycle engine sound. you can look into Carid our online sponsor for exhaust system (chrome plated) also in ebay motors
