I have a 1996 Honda Accord EX. My drivers seat is a power seat and won’t go backwards and forwards. My question is, can the passenger seat and the driver’s seat be swapped? Are the seat adjuster parts interchangeable?

Look up the part numbers. If they match it's interchangeable.

If I swap the power drivers seat in my car with a manual drivers seat from a different 1996 Honda Accord, will the bolts line up?

 

The rails are the same so should be no problem.
