hi! i have an 2002 accord five (5) speed. i am the third owner with 96 k. no major work except a tune up done @ honda three(3) months ago. but lattley once every couple of weeks the car will not start on the first try.i think i can rule out a fuel pump issue or it would not start @ all. can some some diagnose this issue please please
