Default Newb needs advice on honda accord purchase

Hi,

I was wondering if this car was priced at a reasonable price? I am going in on friday to check it out as this will be my first car purchase.

2011 Honda Accord Coupe LX-S
Mileage: 28,380
Price: $15,000

It's a CPO from a honda dealer. I am going to try to get it down a little and was trying to know what would be a reasonable offer for them? I was thinking around
13900 or 14000?

Thank you.

welcome to the forum. Not much info to go on, go to NADA.Com and it will give you the values of the cars with options it may have. clean trade base 14,025 clean retail base 16,575. 4 cyl. If you have cash, offer 12,500 to start. then walk away, if they are hot to sell, they will call you back. First thing out of the salesmans mouth will be, sorry I can't sell it to you for that amount, I won't make any money, or he may say wait, I'll talk to my manager, and you will have to listen to his 4 point sales paper, then ask for more money. stick with your offer 12,500 out the door cash in hand, they may just accept it. Don't be hot to buy, there are many more of the same car, milage may vary.
