Ok so my 97 accord runs great most of the time but everyonce in awhile the car will just shut off and other times ill go to start the car but it acts like it wants to and wont. It will turn over and act like it wants to start but dont. Was told it may be a bad ground. Sometime the car will shock you when getting out any help would be appreciated

 

Welcome in ,It could be the ICM (aka ignitor) that would be my bet or THE CPS.
