Default Power window problem

I have a '93 Accord EX and the driver side window will go down fine, but will not come back up except in short burst about a 1/4 inch at a time.
This just started today. I replaced the regulator about a month ago.
I'm not sure if it's the switch or the motor.
Thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions.

My 86 Accord drivers window was SLOW as heck and sticking when I got the car 4 months ago.
I sprayed some silicone spray lubricant down the rubber tracks using the straw and with the window almost fully down.
Ran the window up and down a few times and it has been working fine ever since.
