Angry Rear Left Manual Window Regulator

I have a 1994 Honda Accord DX 4 Door and recently the rear driver side manual window is no longer staying up as it should. The crank handle just spins but not super fast and the handle it seems like its hard to spin. It does however stay put when I reverse the handle and will stop and not roll down. Issue is keeping it up and having the handle roll it up and down like it should. I'm having no luck finding the rear driver side manual window regulator for this make and model. However, I can find the front left and right manual window regulators at a few shops here in Arizona.

The question - Does it make a difference for this year, make and model if the manual window regulator is front or rear manual window regulators? Or should the rear be the rear and the front only work for the front?

Feeling Frustrated. Please let me know if you need any more info. Thanks!

welcome to the forum you may want to open the inside door panel and view to what is loose on the window support or slide. and i do not believe the back is the same as the front.
