So customer has a spare tire rack that's overextended the bolt that goes to the spare tire rack hook. The bolt has been pulled up into the hook and for the life of me I cannot see a way to get it apart without cutting the bolt which I don't want to do. How do you remove the spare tire carrier rack Hook from the vehicle in order so I can replace it? Even the Honda dealership doesn't know how to do it.
