I have a 2000 Accord 4 cyl and I am in the middle of a timing belt replacement and was wondering how to replace the pulleys that the adjuster bolt holds on. I can't find any detailed instructions on what happens when that bolt is completely taken off. Anyone done it?

Also, how loose should the timing belt / balancer belt be when I put it all back together?
