This is an old problem I have had with this car since I bought it. Sometimes when you put the shift lever into d4 it stays in overdrive.I have to downshift to 1 to get the car rolling.The s light will be blinking during this time. Sometimes when I turn the car off for 15to 30 seconds the problem will disappear. But it will always reer it's ugly head again. Wondering if anybody has any solution to this problem. Thanks

 

sounds interesting. Computer problem maybe? Since you have to restart to computer to get the problem to go away

 

I will have to do more investigating on that. It is an avenue I did not think of.
