Default A/c

How do i get the a/c compressor on my 99 honda to kick on when refrigerant is low. Help please .!?

The compressor wont kick on how do I jump it out

when you add freon and lubricant, it triggers the pressure switch to kick in and the compressor clutch will engage. engine does not need to be running to service freon, add freon to register on pressure guage than start engine. you need to know what the low side pressure you are adding or possible to lock up the compressor. make sure you get the freon with the pressure guage so you can see what you are putting into the system.
