So I just had a mechanic put in a engine for my 00 Honda Civic dx. I got it back and drove it around everything seems fine. Now before I got the engine replaced the car always jerked a bit when the ac was on but now it's even worse the jerking is almost to where the car is bogging down.

Another problem is when I'm at a stop and I'm holding the brake my car just jerks but when I accelerate it tends to sputter to get up to 20 mph once I'm up to 40 mph it's barely sputtering. I have a video of how the car is acting (if you would like to see the video and the exhaust is just making weird sounds so I think that would help someone tell me what is wrong I do have a warranty and I'm taking it to the shop Monday I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this
