91 CivicDx not starting right

91 CivicDx not starting right

My 91 honda civic does not start right it shakes an i have to pump the gas pedal , might it be not enough fuel or cables, air . Can some one help me pls tanx.

Welcome in,it sounds like the idle air control my be the problem.
