power momentarily goes off and comes right back on in my1995 honda civic ex when i do one of many things ,, hit the brakes or hit the highbeam switch ,, turn on headlights,, any suggestions on what it might be ,,son seems to think might be a regulator on the alternator or the alternator is not putting out enough power to handle all the systems ,, the thing is it doesnt do this every time i do one of these tasks !! puzzled !!

 

should have said electrical power ,, car engine runs no problem !!
