1998 Honda Civic got broken into. Failed to take my car but somehow they managed to put some damages to my viper and turn signal control compartments. Viper/turn signal control now turned to the left as pictured. I tried moving it back but unsuccessful.

How do I properly center my viper/turn signal control again?

 

You will need to take the steering wheel off, and probably replace the combination switch (combined wiper/washer/turn signal/headlight switch unit).
