I have a 1999 Honda civic with a d16y8 engine. Since I've got the car the temperature would slowly creep up when the air is all the way on cold. I replaced the water pump radiator and thermostat. Still does it. I'm so confused idk what else to replace. Help?

 

And if I put the air in between hot and cold it runs at regular temp. And when it was all the way on cold and the temp would go up all you would do is turn the heat on and it'll go right back down.
