Default 2000 Civic AC Clutch Working Intermittently

The AC Clutch on my 2000 Honda Civic is only working intermittently. It kicks on and off...usually after going around a turn (but sometimes kicks off when driving straight too). When it is spinning, the AC is nice and cold. When it is not spinning, the AC only blows warm air. This issue occurred after a front end collision in which I was t-boned.

Can I just replace the AC Clutch? Do I need a whole new compressor with a clutch or is there something else I should consider/test?

wecome to the forum. check the amount of freon pressure in the system first. low freon will cause a on and off condition.
