In 2010 I received a notice from Honda about what they called was product replacement for the belt tensioner and they put a new kit in and had to reroute the belt on my 2006 civic. I had it replaced at my local dealer. Well 2 years later and 20,000 miles the tensioner broke and the bolt sheared off the moto, the car died and i had to have a whole new kit put on. Was this a recall and has anyone else had this problem?
