2019 Honda Civic Clicking Noise When I Released Brake Pedal When Car is on Park
Hello all,
I have a 2019 Honda Civic (it's less than 2 years old) and today I noticed the following:
My car was on Park and I had the brake pedal pressed. I then released it (after turning on the car) and right after doing so, I heard a weird clicking noise. It sounds like it is coming from right inside the stick shifter. I tested it a bunch of times after and the clicking sound was heard each time I released the brake pedal. You can only hear it if you're on Park. I tried on all other gears (reverse, neutral, drive, S, and L) and didnt hear anything. I tried turning the car off while being in Park and didn't hear the clicking sound when I let go of the brake pedal.
Does anyone know what this might be?
Thank you!
