I've been at this forever, watching videos, including links sent me by the dealer itself, and I simply cannot get the navigation system option to show on the entertainment screen, or whatever you call it. I have Android Auto (on the phone, not on the car's display), I have HondaLink on the phone and in the display (connected to each other), the Bluetooth works, I can play things from my phone through the audio system, I get texts on the display, the bluetooth settings recognize "Honda", the cable is the original one that came with the phone itself (which is a two-year-old Galaxy S9, so I assume it's good enough). .The navigation displays on Waze, but on the phone only.

Any clues?

welcome to the forum. i don't have nav, so only advise i can give you is to take your vehicle to the dealership and ask the service department to show you how to get working.
